10/5/2020 · Who will love the FW95 2020-21? Anyone who had a Fanatic Classic Freewave before will love the board, the new shape it is surely Fanatic best freewave design so far. And from what I read in different reviews, the FW95 stands proud besides the two other great FSW designs, that is the Goya One and the JP FSW.
8/1/2020 · So, even though Fanatic talks about a refined STB for 2020, there is no doubt in my head that the new Freewave shape is a far departure from the STB. We’re back to the FW we always loved. (FW86 Classic 2017, FW75 2020, FW95 STB 2018) Also welcomed, the 75L is back in the lineup. This is the one we got, the Freewave 75 Team Edition.

Pour ma part FW95 avec alpha 6,2 (voile connue comme ayant du coffre) ca passe sans problème avec l’aileron d’origine pour mon gabarit de 82 kg. C’est ma planche intermédiaire avec 5,4 et 6,2 entre une vague exocet de 85 l et une isonic 111.

So still tempted by the freek in 5.9 or 6.3, monofilm just gives this responsive feeling which is nice for larger sizes. The goya fw95 is of 2016,max sailsize listed is 6.0. But the newer blade/freek in 6.2/6.3 have about the same mast and boom lenghts as my old 6.0, so I think it should be no problem.

Tiga Race Tiga Slalom board ( cant remember the name) Tiga Big slalom Board ( Used to train for short board course racing) 8 year break after back injury… JP Wave Starboard Carve 130, Stimmt – das sehe ich auch so – habe mir das auch schon überlegt. Ich würde also nie ein 120L-Gecko (sehr breit) mit einem schlankeren 120L-Shark von früher vergleichen. Beim FW95 von Fanatic ist die Breite (und meines Wissens auch der Shape) seit 2010 jedoch unverändert (61cm breit). Und das 2005-er Modell (FW96) ist auch 61cm breit.
